The Board of County Commissioners approved the construction contract at the May 9, 2022 meeting.
Community meeting was rescheduled for some time in July 2022.

Project's substantial completion for phase one is scheduled for October 2022.
The contractor has requested that the construction period be extended to 18 months from 12 months.
Most of the work will occur in the right-of-way; however, an excavator may accidentally impact properties.
There is no anticipation of having temporary access agreements or temporary construction easements.
Some roads are anticipated to be sandy for at least ten months.
There will be no more than one road closed at a time to provide alternate routes to the neighborhood.
