Funding application
We appear to be in a good position with regard to the REDI grant application - the project meets the core mission of the granting agency and very importantly, showed a greater than 50% participation from the community.
NEXT STEPS:
Grant application for $992,000 was submitted on January 29, 2023
St John's River Water Management will review
Grant selections will be approved April 11th
Grant agreement negotiated and approved May - October
Negotiate Plumber's scope, May - October
Obtain Property Access Agreements, May - October ****
Commence tank abandonment no sooner than October
**** Teresa Irby-Butler has asked the community to be aware that property owners be aware that they will be asked to sign a form allowing plumbers onto their property to conduct the necessary survey for the tie-in work.
