“Franklintown: The South End’s African American Legacy” Temporary Exhibit at Amelia Island Museum



“Franklintown: The South End’s African American Legacy” explores the history of Franklintown. The exhibit was curated by Summer Bias and will be on display until December 7th.


The exhibit opened on September 16th, 2022 with a panel discussion with previous Franklintown residents. Click here for a replay of the lecture from the opening, on the Museum's YouTube channel.


The Museum is open Monday to Saturday from 10 am - 4 pm and on Sundays from 1 pm - 4 pm
